Shipping and Guarantee

 

T & A Perfection in Beauty Pty Ltd (“we”) ships domestically in Australia ONLY.

We agree to dispatch your product(s) once your order and payment are processed (and you receive your receipt), within 4 business days. However, pending a busy period or incoming stock order, the usual turnaround time will be 2 business days. This timeframe applies unless stated otherwise. 

You will receive an email notification once we have dispatched your order via Express Post.

Shipping costs $10.00 Australia wide (Express post) or we offer free, local delivery to the following postcodes: 2063, 2062, 2065, 2064, 2068, 2067, 2060, and 2088.

If your order has not arrived within 3-5 business days, please contact us at info@beautyshopnorthbridge.com.au and we will promptly follow up with Australia Post.

We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc. Please anticipate some delays around public holidays.

Returns

As per Australian Consumer Law, we will refund you or replace (your choice) for any faulty or damaged goods ordered. Please contact us at info@beautyshopnorthbridge.com.au or via our website to arrange.

Our returns/exchange policy expires 30 days once your order is processed. The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging as sent, and in the same condition as received by you.

We require your receipt to process any returns/exchanges. In the case of returns/exchanges, we do not bear the return shipping cost (unless faulty or damaged). We recommend returning with tracking.

GIFT VOUCHERS

All gift vouchers are non-returnable.
